Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot and allow us to prepare the space and materials in advance.
By completing a reservation through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All payments are processed securely through our online payment provider.
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds, as each session is thoughtfully planned.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. In case of an emergency, your session may be rescheduled.
To qualify for rescheduling, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, as we offer our own selection of coffee and bakery items and want to help keep the studio clean and safe for everyone.
Studio availability may vary if the space is booked for private events. We recommend confirming availability before arrival.
Check-in is managed on site.
Membership provides ongoing access to Shared Sessions as described at the time of purchase.
Memberships are recurring and may be canceled at any time according to the subscription terms selected at checkout.
Access is subject to studio availability. Membership benefits do not guarantee availability during fully booked private events.
Otery Haus is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio.
Participants assume responsibility for their conduct during sessions and agree to follow studio guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
