At Otery Haus, we carefully prepare each session and allocate studio space, materials, and time in advance. For this reason, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy:

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for booked sessions.
In case of an emergency, sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. To qualify for rescheduling, notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
If a membership is canceled, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Recurring payments are processed automatically according to the subscription terms selected at checkout.
Failure to attend a scheduled session does not qualify for a refund or credit.
